Heather ONeal
Founder/CEO of Busy Moms Healthcare
Hi everyone! I’m Heather, the Founder and CEO of Busy Moms Healthcare. As a Certified Nurse-Midwife and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting new parents by providing healthcare that meets their needs, on their terms. As a provider, I work with patients to help them reach their breastfeeding goals and successfully navigate the challenges of postpartum life. As a mom of three kids, I fully understand how hard it is for so many women like me to take the time to care for themselves. I created Busy Moms Healthcare to address this issue by providing quality, personal care for women – above all, listening and working in partnership with my patients every step of the way.
Kelly Lemon
Hi! I’m Kelly Lemon, a Nurse Practitioner dual-certified in Nurse Midwifery and Women’s Health. I’ve spent the last ten years caring for patients through every season of reproductive health—preconception, postpartum, family planning, gynecology, childbirth education, and wellness. My philosophy is simple: you deserve to feel safe, respected, heard, and fully involved in your care. I see every patient as a whole person with a unique story, and I believe the best healthcare happens when we build a trusting partnership together. I also have extensive experience in supporting patients through substance use recovery, including pregnant and parenting individuals seeking treatment without stigma or shame. Trauma-informed care, patient empowerment, and education are at the heart of everything I do. I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside you in your health journey—wherever you are.
Brittany Jarrett
Hi! I’m Brittany, a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients navigate the often complex and emotional journey of reproductive health. My background is rooted in fertility and reproductive medicine, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples through infertility, hormonal concerns, and pregnancy loss. I specifically have a passion for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS and believe my patients deserve to be heard, educated, and managed appropriately. I believe that this kind of care requires more than just medical expertise—it requires compassion, patience, and truly listening. My goal is to create a space where patients feel supported, informed, and never alone in the process. Whether you're seeking answers, exploring options, or just need someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to help guide you every step of the way.
Amber Grim
With a background in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Hospital Medicine, I bring a broad range of clinical experience to my role as a Primary Care provider with the Busy Moms team. I’m passionate about creating a supportive and respectful environment where patients feel truly heard and understood. I believe in delivering care that is honest, nonjudgmental, and body-positive—meeting each patient where they are with compassion and integrity. Outside of work, I enjoy life on our family farm, where I spend quality time with my daughter, our dogs, and our horses.
Jessica Heflin
Hi! I’m Jessica Heflin, a Speech Language Pathologist at Busy Moms Healthcare. After working for almost 10 years for West Virginia Birth to Three, I have found my passion lies in infant and toddler feeding. As a mom of four young kids, I remember how stressful those early days of breastfeeding can be. It seems that as soon as you've established your routine, it’s time to introduce solids and that routine goes down the drain! In that first year of life feeding can often feel overwhelming and scary, but I am here to help you overcome feeding challenges and create a fun (and not stressful) mealtime experience.
